MIG
WELDING WIRE
This
wire is manufactured by Shield Alloys to the
highest possible standards. The Wire is drawn
from shaved rod and then cleanedand precision
layer wound on either 6 kg or 0.5 kg MIG spools.
Each spool is hermeticaly sealed into a plastic
bag and pakced in strong cardboard boxes.
A range of four alloy composition are available.
TIG
WELDING WIRE
This
wire is also availale in the same alloy
compositions. Manufactured to the finest
standards cleaned out to motre lengths and
individually staniped with the alloy grade. It
comes packed in standard 2.5 kg tubes which are
carefully labelled.
Applications
:
Welding
of pure aluminium, welding of Rolled and cast
aluminium magnesium alloys, welding of Aluminium
Silicon alloys with silicon upto 7%. Used for
fabrication repair and building up of worn out
partsand correcting machining errors. Employed in
Automobile, ship building, containers, plumbing.
Apparatus construction, window & door Frames
joining, Furniture, Air-conditioning, Household
goods, motor cylinder heads etc.
